So I have noticed some changes.
1. I have slowly been pushing myself, as to not hurt myself, slowly getting faster.
2. Last night I noticed things on my body are shifting. In a good way.
3. I had great runs after my horrible run last week. This does make me nervous about tomorrow's scheduled 10.
4. I realized tonight I did not eat a single veggie or fruit all day. Not a good change at all. The first thing was a vendor was to be bringing breakfast, so I didn't eat. They didn't arrive until 10:30. So I ate a cinnamon roll at 10:45. Not hungry for lunch, and I knew I was going out for supper, so I figured I would wait. I didn't eat again until we met up at Labreola (sp is wrong) and I ordered pizza. I was super hungry and I ate too much. This is what I ate all day. No fruit. No veggies. I need to make more changes.
