I am slowly seeing my body change, a tad less chub here, a it more muscle there. I am not "dieting", nor "eating whole foods". I am working out more and attempting to eat less. So bit by bit, I am hoping to change me. And I am hoping bit by bit will be even more less chub and more muscle.
I see it in my smile, and lack of double chin.
I see it in my belly, less roundness and more lines.
I see it in my legs, more defined shape, less chub.
I haven't weighed myself. I do not want to see that number, as it makes me spin downwards. I am happy to see some small changes. I am happy to see that the changes are making improvements.

Do you love all the foods and all the drinks? I swear this is my biggest problem.
